In “Vibes of London – 1983”, I sought to capture the eclectic energy and cultural vibrancy of one of the world’s most dynamic cities. The composition mirrors London’s layered identity — its history, diversity, and ceaseless rhythm. The bold, fragmented color fields of blue, red, and yellow represent the kaleidoscope of influences and movements shaping the city.

The expressive, contoured face is a reflection of London’s individuality and unrelenting spirit. The exaggerated eyes evoke curiosity and wonder, symbolizing how the city constantly invites exploration and redefines itself. The playful interplay of abstract forms creates a sense of motion and life, much like the streets of London themselves.
