Colourful, up and down, exhausting, thrilling, exciting, passionate and romantic. That is how Keil observed and lifed his life in Paris. The city of love was not only the city of love for Peter Keil. It was the passion he had for women, music, and amusement. The different colors in the background signal all of this wildness which he not only had in Berlin, but also in Paris. The black drawings on top, almost like hands and faces, and shapes. A hand with a little face inside might signal his three lovers. One stuck out. The main face. The other two played a minor role, which keil signaled with little shapes throughout his artwork.
